Sound familiar? Here’s how we fix it
Exposed to harsh sun
Shade the terrace when it is hot, then retract the roof for sunsets and evenings.
Rain spoils your plans
Close the roof when it rains - fabric and louvre roofs give full rain cover.
Strong winds up high
SmartZip blinds run in guided side tracks and resist wind up to 140 km/h.
Condo rules
We advise on MCST requirements and offer SCDF-eligible fire-retardant fabrics for submissions.

FAQ
Roof terraces: common questions
Is a pergola allowed on my condo roof terrace?
Most condos require MCST approval for roof terrace installations. We advise on the requirements and provide the product details you need for your submission.
Will it cope with strong winds on a high floor?
Our systems are chosen for Singapore weather. SmartZip blinds resist wind up to 140 km/h, and our specialist checks exposure and fixing points during the site survey.
Can I still enjoy the open sky?
Yes. The Foldable Fabric Pergola and Skyline roofs are 100% retractable, and bioclimatic louvres open up for light and airflow.
What does the free site survey include?
Our specialist measures the space, checks the structure and drainage, shows fabric and finish samples, and then sends you a detailed quotation.
