Aluminium composite panel (ACP) roofing is one of the most popular trellis roof choices for Singapore landed homes. Each panel consists of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a solid core, producing a flat, rigid, lightweight panel that blocks direct sunlight completely.
Because ACP is opaque, the space underneath stays noticeably cooler than under clear roofing - ideal for car porches, outdoor kitchens and rooftop areas that face the afternoon sun. The smooth, flat finish gives a clean, contemporary look and the panels come in a range of colours to match your facade.

ACP is opaque and reflects much of the sun's energy, so the space underneath is generally cooler than under clear polycarbonate or glass. Adding a ceiling underneath further improves comfort.
